Sustainable & Impact Finance

Sustainable & Impact Finance (SAIF), part of the Office of Sustainability and Climate Change at the Haas School of Business, cultivates leaders in sustainable and impact finance who can leverage capital to speed the shift toward a climate-forward and fair economy.

Its funds-as-curriculum model includes the Sustainable Investment Fund, described as the first and largest student-managed socially responsible investment fund at a leading business school; the Haas Impact Fund, which invests in early-stage impact-oriented startups with students as venture partners; the Climate Solutions Fund; and an Impact Investing Practicum. SAIF also supports the MBA Sustainability Certificate, competitions, conferences, cases and events.
