Life Sciences Entrepreneurship Center

The Life Sciences Entrepreneurship Center (LSEC) is UC Berkeley's "center of centers" for life science innovation, coordinating existing campus resources and helping founders navigate institutes, accelerators and programs. It describes itself as a first stop for anyone in Berkeley's community of life science innovators, from students to postdocs to faculty, and also serves investors interested in Berkeley-founded companies.

Programs include I-Corps @ LSEC, Bio Startup Speed Teaming, the Berkeley Bio Startup Showcase @ JPM, the LSEC-Nucleate Venture Fellowship, the LSEC Venture Grant Program and an Entrepreneur in Residence program, along with courses such as Lean Transfer (MBA295T-2) and Berkeley Changemaker: Human Health (UGBA13), events and office hours.
