Berkeley Center for Responsible, Decentralized Intelligence

The Berkeley Center for Responsible, Decentralized Intelligence (RDI) is a multidisciplinary initiative that advances the science, technology and education of AI and agentic AI. It runs research, global MOOCs on agentic AI and zero-knowledge proofs, hackathons, summits and the AgentX competition.

Its Berkeley Xcelerator helps founders turn breakthrough ideas into scalable, venture-backable companies in AI, agentic AI, cybersecurity and decentralized technology. The Xcelerator is non-dilutive and free for selected startups. RDI reports more than 110 global teams incubated, with over $650M in follow-on funding.
