Berkeley Haas Entrepreneurship Program
The Berkeley Haas Entrepreneurship Program (BHEP) builds entrepreneurial thinking into the Haas student experience and helps Haas and UC Berkeley students launch new ventures. It offers entrepreneurship courses and one-on-one mentoring hours with entrepreneurs and VCs.
Through the Berkeley Haas Student Seed Fund, it awards $5,000 non-dilutive grants to early-stage startup ideas, with ten awards in December and ten in May. It also connects students to accelerators and competitions such as UC LAUNCH, the Venture Capital Investment Competition and the StEP incubator, as well as student awards, fellowships and the Calvanize program for first-time founders.
