Berkeley Center for Law and Business

The Berkeley Center for Law and Business (BCLB) is Berkeley Law's hub for research, education and programming on how law, business and the economy interact. Its focus areas include venture capital and entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

Its main initiatives are the Business in Society Institute, Executive Education at Berkeley Law, Startup@BerkeleyLaw, the Art, Law, and Finance Project, and the Women in Business Law Initiative. The center is led by faculty directors Adam Badawi, Stavros Gadinis and Frank Partnoy.
