Bakar Labs for Energy & Materials

Bakar Labs for Energy & Materials is a UC Berkeley incubator for startups developing breakthrough energy, materials and sustainability technologies. It is the sister incubator to Bakar Bio Labs.

Its pilot program gives early-stage companies lab space, mentorship, investor access and programming ahead of the full incubator launch. The incubator offers lab space, office space, meeting rooms and scientific equipment on the UC Berkeley campus, and its campus programs connect Berkeley researchers with the energy and materials world.
